Refund Policy
Last updated: February 2025. How we handle refunds and cancellations.
General policy
Subscription fees for Saku are generally non-refundable. When you subscribe to a paid plan (monthly or annually), you are billed for the current period and retain access until the end of that period. If you cancel, you keep access until the period ends; we do not refund unused time within a billing period.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation. We do not provide refunds for partial months or years already paid.
Exceptions and discretionary refunds
We may issue a refund where required by law (e.g. consumer rights in your jurisdiction) or in exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate charges, billing errors, or significant service failure on our side. Refund requests can be sent to [email protected]. We will respond and, where we agree to a refund, process it within a reasonable time. Refunds, when granted, are made to the original payment method.
Free trial and free plan
If we offer a free trial, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. The free plan does not involve payment and is not subject to refunds.
