Welcome to the docs
Everything you need to get the most out of Saku, the connected workspace for your business: boards, Notes, CRM, calendar, insights, sharing, customer collaboration, expenses, cost management, billing, and the API.
What is Saku?
Saku is a connected business workspace for teams, not just a kanban board. Boards handle delivery: lists (columns), cards (tasks), drag-and-drop progress, and a card modal for details, comments, attachments, and due dates. Notes hold team knowledge with wiki links to boards, CRM, and calendar. CRM tracks accounts, contacts, leads, and deals next to that work. Calendar and Insights bring planning, time, and cost into the same hub. Expenses connects receipts and employee approvals to CRM clients, boards, cards, and invoices. Everything links together so client context and documentation stay beside the work, not in separate tools. Billing is in Euro (€) by default.
